1. Bookings and payment

1. Quotes are estimates only and subject to availability until confirmed in writing.
2. To secure a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required as specified on your invoice.
3. Overtime, damages, and additional services will be invoiced post-session.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

1. Reschedules are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation fees may apply based on notice provided; any non-recoverable costs will be passed through.

3. Studio use and conduct

1. Comply with safety notices and instructions from staff at all times.
2. No smoking or open flames unless expressly permitted in writing.
3. Return studios and equipment in the condition received, allowing for reasonable wear.
4. Protect floors and surfaces from paint, water, and heavy loads.

4. Equipment

1. Equipment remains property of Framehaus Studios unless otherwise stated.
2. Damage or loss during rental is the responsibility of the renter.
3. Electrical tie-ins must be performed by qualified personnel.

5. Liability and insurance

1. You must carry appropriate production insurance when required and provide certificates upon request.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Content and IP

1. You retain ownership of your creative content. You grant us permission to reference anonymous project details for operational purposes.
2. All site content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Framehaus Studios or licensors.
